Contest Winners April 2019 – January 2020
Gather round Scholarship Essay Writing Contest entrants and literary masterminds! It is your favorite time of the year!
Yes! We know you have been waiting for this for so long and it is finally here! We’ve recently closed our essay writing contest and, again, we are awed by the vast number of entries received. We cannot express our immense gratitude at your support for the writing contest. We are overwhelmed with delight and thank you all for your works of art as these masterpieces were our joy to review. Our judges were, indeed, completely and continuously entertained throughout the evaluation process.
After a long and enjoyable review process, the top three winners were chosen on January 20, 2020. Our winners are:
Lucas Fuller ($700 prize)
Evelyn Holt ($500 prize)
Jessica Schultz ($300 prize)
The topics of the essays were:
TOPIC 1: Is technology making people smarter or dumber?
TOPIC 2: What was your first experience making money?
TOPIC 3: What’s your dream job and why?
TOPIC 4: What is the most dangerous type of sports and why?
Since the choosing of the winners, they were all notified of their status via email. However, as all our literary intellectuals and masterminds are winners, we have some words of wisdom to share.
While your essay did not place in the top three, it was an exceptional piece of literature. It was of top-notch quality, original, fascinating and edifying. Your essay made it problematic for the judges to determine the top three winners and, for that, you should be commended. Your great work will be a motivator for us to continue hosting this contest frequently to keep your passion (and the passion others have) for literature and writing alive. We will unceasingly provide avenues such as this for you to express yourself and demonstrate your literary genius.
Good luck and feel to participate in our next scholarship essay writing contest!
